CEO & FOUNDER
Tim has been involved in the IT Sector since 1995, bringing connectivity to remote regions. Which led to working with Global Switch in 1998. Tim’s experience has put him at the forefront of client development and delivery of Data Centres, having worked all over the world. Down to his CTO and COO rolls is Data Centre operators, Tim brings practical client facing elements to compliment his long- term Data Centre experience.
CUSTOMER DELIVERY DIRECTOR
Damian has enjoyed a variable and fulfilling professional and military career over 43 years in the Royal Navy and the private sector. In the private sector, over the last 21 years, he brought his Naval managerial, communication and organisational skills to bear in a range of roles in the Mission Critical sector. The roles revolved around delivering complex technical facilities globally for a global sub-sea fibre- optic telecommunications company, a Nordic data centre company, AECOM and Jacobs. Damian’s extensive experience in communication and fostering whole team engagement enables him to engage at all levels of business with stakeholders to implement and deliver successful client solutions.
Having worked within the construction and more recently the Data Centre sectors, Richard has a wealth of experience generated over the past 20 years. His previous roles have included responsibility for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Pete is a Chartered Manager specialising in critical Facilities Management. He has over 12 years’ experience of data centre facility operations management acquired during roles with Fujitsu and DigiPlex where he held roles including Operations Director for Norway, Transformation Director and most recently as Head of Security. Pete’s data centre experience is underpinned by a long military career with the Royal Navy, where he held roles in delivering high levels of Operational availability. He is a qualified Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Specialist-Professional and has completed their Advanced Principles in Critical Facility Management and Advanced Practices in DC Cost Management courses.
HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT
Gary brings over 40 years of industry experience to the project delivery team. Having trained as an engineer, he rose through the ranks of the industry to join data centre Colo company ‘Sentrum’ now (DRT), running their mega data centre as Technical Director, then progressing onto Operations Director. He then joined Skanska Construction as Head of Data Centres and Technical Fit Out. He has worked on and delivered a variety of high profile, demanding and innovative data centre projects, both in the UK and Europe. His experience of various forms of contract, technicalities and project size, enable him to work effectively with both internal and external teams alike.
